Rozhodující faktory pro uplatnění logistického řízení v rámci organizační struktury průmyslového podniku

Abstract

Management of logistics is relatively new but fiercely developing field. Production and also trading companies must reflect the needs of management of logistics in their organizational structures. They do so by various means depending on many factors being determined by the company's logistics organization. This does not cover only the hard factors (field company works in, size, autonomy or holding affiliation, company development phase, etc) but also wide scale of soft factor including personnel qualification in logistics or entire company's corporate culture. The aim of the thesis is to describe and categorize especially the hard factors and design adequate model procedures of implementation of management of logistics to the company's organizational structures. The designed model procedures will be confronted with impact of soft factors in case study.
