Abstract

This thesis is focused on training and staff development. In its first part deals with the theoretical base of education and development, from which come out later in the processing of the second part. The main objective of the second part, in consultation with the Director of training and staff development, to identify the main gaps in provision and education and staff development in society and Continental Automotive Systems, for the purpose of making proposals to improve and streamline the current situation.
