Aplikace principů cirkulární ekonomiky a environmentální psychologie ve firemní praxi: Behaviorální intervence pro zvýšení efektivity třídění odpadu

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the application of circular economy principles and environmental psychology in corporate practice, with an emphasis on increasing the efficiency of waste sorting by employees. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze behavioral factors influencing waste sorting in a corporate environment and based on the collected empirical data, to propose specific recommendations and behavioral interventions applicable in the practice of the given company. The theoretical part is based on concepts such as social norms, the nudge approach, and motivation. The empirical part employs a questionnaire survey and an analysis of behavioral barriers and facilitators. The results indicate that appropriately designed behavioral tools can significantly increase the rate of waste sorting and contribute to a more effective implementation of sustainability principles within companies.
