Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to introduce the basic characteristics of structural materials used in the oil industry according to NORSOK standards. The scope of this thesis provides information and criteria for selection of appropriate materials, including chemical analysis and mechanical properties, with respect of the relevant using in the oil industry.
