Organizace samosprávy na úrovni statutárního města

Abstract

This thesis is focused on autonomy organizations at the level of municipality. Particularly, this issues is solved about the municipality of Ostrava city. The theoretical part is aimed at definition of public administration in the Czech Republic. In the practical part there are analysis of municipalities based on different points of view such as population, size and so on. The last part of the thesis is aimed at municipality of Ostrava city and the division between the city and also the authorities of those districts. There are facts also about occupancy of each municipal district councils, and not least, there is decommissioned and transferred separate scope of these districts.
