Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with a project of a nursing house and solution of the heating, cooling and the exchange of air in common area. Subjekt of this thesis was designing of nursing house, which meets the requirements of appropriate norms and trend nowadays in energy saving and comfortable living. The heating system is the combination of floor convector plate and radiators. Air-water heat pump was proposed as a heat source which is also used for hot water preparation. For hot water preparation it is also proposed using solar plate collectors, which will provide hot water especially in summer. Theoretical part of this thesis deal with technological and material solution of this construction, next with solution of heating and cooling by heat pump, hot water preparing by sollar plate collectors and controlled ventilation in common area. All components of the heating system are described in theoretical part.
