Studie využití podzemních prostor k ochraně obyvatelstva

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na možné využití podzemních prostor k ukrytí obyvatelstva. V úvodní části práce je popsán historický vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva v našich podmínkách. Dále práce popisuje legislativu v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva v ČR a porovnání současného stavu s vyspělými státy zejména těch, které jsou členy NATO a EU. Je zde také popsán stav ukrytí obyvatelstva a současné pojetí ochrany obyvatelstva ukrytím. Hlavním cílem práce je vytipování podzemních prostor vhodných k ukrytí obyvatelstva v Olomouckém kraji. Navrhnout metodiku, která by stanovila kriteria výběru daných prostor. Na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout možné úpravy pro zlepšení přirozených ochranných vlastností podzemních prostor.

The diploma thesis is focused on the possible use of underground spaces to protection of population. In the introductory part the work describes the historical development of the population protection in our country. Furthemore, work also describes the legislation in the field of population in the Czech Republic and comparethe current situation with developed countries especially those that are members of NATO and the EU. It also describes the status of the population and conceal currentconcepts for the protection of the population hiding. The main objektive of the work is the identification og underground spaces appropriate to conceal the population in the Olomouc region. Propose a methodology that would establish selection criteria in the area. On the basis of established knowledge to suggest possible arrangements for the improvement of the natural protective properties og underground spaces.
