Abstract

The thesis on the theme „Analysis of the Competitiveness of Travel Agency“ has been prepared with selected methods relevant to this issue. Marketing research has also used the questionnaire in the Moravan-Silesian Region. The work consists of 7 chapters. The first chapter contains a basic introduction with the topic of work and the reason why I chose this topic. Also contains the aim of work, finding the market position of selected travel agency. The second chapter is concentrated on theoretical knowledge of tourism and some models used to analyze competitiveness. In the third chapter are the basic specification about travel agency EXIM TOURS, a. s., as its offer, services and potential discounts. The fourth and fifth chapter is about realized research and models. Part of this chapter are graphs and tables with results. Final chapters include propositions and recommendations that emerged from the research results.
