Založení a provoz sportovní organizace

Abstract

The aim of my bachelors work was founding of a sports organization – civic association. In theoretical part of my work I was occupied with the introduction to the work. I limited key words, separated sports organizations, gave a definition of a SWOT analysis and I also used questionnaire. Practical part is about an organization CK HOBBY Bohumín. There is SWOT analysis of this organization, questionnaire, which is also about this club and budgets of last years. My work includes the analysis of concrete sponsors of clubs. In a summary of a work there is my perception from the whole bachelors work. Results show high dependence on sponsorships and urbans sources, weak propagation of the club and limited members base.
