This work describes the basic characteristics of heat generation in the country. It is described the use of electrical energy in heat generation system and the vulnerability of heat when electricity supply disruptions. Further, there are found and assessed risks that could cause a power outage and measures that can be used in this field. There is also included a summary of the readiness of the heat supply system for electric energy supply disruptions and emergency response and emergency situations in this sector. In conclusion, the effects are processed in violation of thermal energy and system evaluation.
