Analýza logistických nákladů výrobního podniku

Abstract

This Bachelor’s work analyses logistic costs of manufacturing company PWO UNITOOLS CZ a. s. The theoretical models are defined in the first part of the work. The basic information about logistic, logistic processes and logistic costs are presented as well. The applied part of the work focuses on description of company’s logistic processes and analysis of their logistic costs. Based on the findings of this study, only storage costs are elaborated on. In the final part of the work possible solution how to save costs on the hiring of an external warehouse is presented.
