Ochrana obyvatelstva a majetku Policií České republiky ve vybrané lokalitě

Abstract

Thesis is focused on usage of police from Czech Republic to protect people and property in the selected location. Thesis is divided into three following parts. First part is about theoretical character deal with terminological framework, legislation of problem-solve and structure of police from Czech Republic. Second part is analytical focused on analyse of safety risks and SWOT analyse of district police department in the selected location. The final section includes a proposal for the creation of the district police department from Czech Republic, there is suggestion for quantity of police their forces and resources and suggestion for optimalization of arrival time to the crime scene.
