Technologický postup provádění obvodového pláště bytového domu

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis consists of two parts. It is a construction part and a technological part. Both of these sections include text and graphic attachments. Graphic appendices (ie the drawing part) are an appendix to the bachelor's thesis. The construction part consists of selected drawings from the documentation for the building permit for the construction of an apartment building according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. of 24 November 2017, amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. and according to Act No. 225/2017 Coll. Building Act (effective from 1 January 2018).] [1] for the construction of an apartment building in the village of Hradec Králové. The second part consists mainly of the creation of a technological process of perimeter cladding and a wooden ventilated facade consisting of a two-level grate and cladding of Siberian larch. Furthermore, there is a schedule for the implementation of the ventilated facade and the itemized budget of the wooden facade.
