Abstract

The subject-matter of the bachelor´s thesis is a development of project documentation of apartment building´s additional thermal insulation to improve its thermal technical qualities. The project documentation deals with a facade insulation, a roof constructions insulation, a replacement of windows and a base insulation. Another part of the bachelor´s thesis includes an evaluation of the apartment building´s thermal technical and energetic qualities before and after insulation implementation, incl. prices and costs. There is attached to the bachelor´s thesis a drawing documentation, budgets, an insulation works schedule and thermal technical opinions of insulated and non-insulated structure in more versions. The final part of the bachelor´s thesis deals with the comparison of insulation variants in terms of financial costs, recoverability and funding opportunities of the present project;
