Abstract

KRAJŇÁK, J. A methodology for the assessment of occupational risks associated with gearbox manufacturing in company Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech Ltd., Bachelor thesis. Ostrava: VSB-TU Ostrava, 2009. 30 pages. My bachelor thesis deals with the process of identification, analysis and assessment of occupational risks of activities which are connected with transmission manufacturing. These activities consist of machining of transmission cases, gears, shafts; heat treatment, final assembly works, laboratory measurement and testing, expedition. This thesis also deals with proposing of methodology of risk assessment (modified FMEA methodology) and following measures. Cooperation with all concerned employees (operators, supervisors, specialists, EHS coordinator) through brainstorming is necessary.
