Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the safety of parcel transportation in the environment of courier services. The aim of the thesis is to assess the risks associated with parcel transportation safety. The theoretical part focuses on logistics processes and their critical areas from the perspective of transport safety. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among employees of courier services, the results of which were analyzed using the statistical software. Based on the risk assessment, specific measures to improve the safety of parcel transportation were proposed.
