Příprava, organizace a řízení velké sportovní akce

Abstract

The goal of my work is to valorize organizing of the running race. The work is divided into two parts – the theoretical part and the practical part. In theoretical part I determined basic terms concerning management and marketing, both in general and in the direction of organizing of great sporting events. In the practical part I describe organizing of the event and SWOT analyse. Primarily thanks to SWOT analyse I acquired knowledge about strengths and weaknesses of the running race and about opportunities and dangers which can further influence organisation of this event. In conclusion I suggested comments for better propagation the race which is weak.
