Kardiorespirační monitorování: Z laboratoře do vesmíru

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis addresses the challenges of monitoring cardiorespiratory functions in the demanding environment of space missions. The primary objective is to analyze current technological capabilities and challenges associated with transferring measurement methods from laboratory conditions to outer space, subsequently applying these findings to the design of an experiment for the CubeSat nanosatellite platform. The theoretical section summarizes knowledge regarding the impact of microgravity on the cardiovascular system and reviews existing monitoring technologies used in manned spaceflight. The practical section focuses on the technical development and implementation of a phantom that simulates the physiological responses of the cardiorespiratory system. The solution includes the design of hardware and software for data acquisition and analysis, with an emphasis on optimization for the limited spatial and power resources of the CubeSat standard.
