Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on acquainting with new technological equipment, which by pyrolysis waste processing can reduce and energetically evaluate a wide range of waste materials such as tires, plastics, biomass, mixtures of wastes etc. The final pyrolysis unit should be energetically and economically self-sufficient. Abroad, this method is patented as Pyrotex technology. In the Czech Republic, the first functional prototype was launched in 2003 under the name of Pyrotronic, the subject of Pyromatic pyrolysis technology was designed for the processing of sorted waste. Thanks to many innovations, a completely new concept for the recycling of secondary waste materials, called ERVO (Ecological Recycling of High-Molecular Waste), was created in cooperation with experts from a lot of Czech and foreign research institutions. Waste recycling by this technology corresponds to a preferential placement in the waste management hierarchy. It fits all optimal trends in environmental, social and economic development.
