Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the design of heating for a new apartment building with administration. It is a three-storey non-basement building of a rectangular shape with a flat roof. The diploma thesis is divided into a construction part and a part focusing on the design of a heating system for a given building. The source of heating and hot water are two gas condensing boilers in the utility room. The building will be heated by radiators, which will be connected to heating pipes made of copper. Hot water in the building will be prepared centrally in an indirect heating tank heater. Hot water will be heated by gas condensing boilers and solar panels located on the flat roof of the building. The diploma thesis also includes a certificate of energy performance of the building and thermal technical evaluation of building structures.
