Srovnání zabezpečení místních veřejných služeb městy Valašské Meziříčí a Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the comparison of the security of local public services provision in the towns of Valašské Meziříčí and Rožnov pod Radhoštěm for the period 2012-2016. For comparison, public services were selected: library services, primary education services and waste management services. Comparisons were made in terms of legislative provision, way of security and economy. The second part of the bachelor thesis is dedicated to the theoretical part in the section of public services and public sector. The third part is focused on analysis of public services of selected public services provided by the towns of Valašské Meziříčí and Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The last part is focused on comparison of security and financing of selected local public services.
