Měření spokojenosti návštěvníků industriálního areálu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na měření spokojenosti návštěvníků industriálního areálu. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat spokojenost návštěvníků industriálního areálu Dolní Vítkovice a navrhnout kroky, které povedou ke zkvalitnění nabízených služeb a tím ke zvýšení spokojenosti návštěvníků. Obsah práce je rozdělen na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska měření spokojenosti zákazníků a charakteristika industriálního areálu Dolní Vítkovice. Praktická část zahrnuje metodiku sběru dat a analýzu výsledků výzkumu. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou následně stanovena doporučení a návrhy ke zvýšení spokojenosti návštěvníků.

The bachelor thesis is focused on visitor satisfaction measurement of industrial complex. The main aim of the thesis is satisfaction analysis of visitors of industrial complex Dolní Vítkovice and the proposal of steps that will lead to the improvement of offered services and thus to increase visitors satisfaction. The content of the thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis of customer satisfaction measurement and the characteristics of industrial complex Dolní Vítkovice. The practical part contains the marketing research methodology and analysis of the research results. On the basis of this results are made determine of recommendations and proposals for increase visitors satisfaction.
