Měření spokojenosti obyvatel se službami a zázemím obce

Abstract

The aim of this work is to find out the inhabitants’ satisfaction with the Municipal Services and Facilities in Nova Bystrica. The work is divided into several parts. The first part is concerned with the history, the present time of the municipality and the characteristics of the village. Theoretical part describes the characteristics of services, the problems of satisfaction and finally marketing in the cities and towns. The methodology of data collection is explained in the next section. Eventually, the satisfaction analysis with services in the village is implemented. The results of the work are given suggestions and recommendations in order to increase residents’ satisfaction with provided services in the village.
