Analýza a tvorba vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma: „Analýza a tvorba vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti s ručením omezeným“. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou interních směrnic pro vedení účetnictví ve společnostech. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky, základní pojmy a legislativní požadavky upravující tuto oblast. V praktické části této práce je provedena analýza vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti MEROPS spol. s r.o., zhodnocení jejich současných směrnic a vypracování návrhů nových účetních směrnic pro tuto společnost.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic: „Analysis and Creation of Internal Directives in the Limited Liability Company“. It focuses on the problems of internal directives of accounting in companies. The first part of this work is concerned with the theoretical knowledge, the definition of basic terms and the legislative requirements which specify this field. The practical part presents the analysis of internal regulations for accounting in MEROPS Ltd., the evaluation of their current directives and the proposal of new internal directives for this company.
