Systém varování v rámci okresu Přerov

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with means of warning people in Czech Republic. At first, there is solved the problem about warning people in Czech Republic generally, including the legislative framework. Secondly, the thesis is focused on the system of warning in Přerov and consequently there is suggested more effective and available way of improvements of the system. The main goal of the thesis is a new system MIDAR SMS (local data sender), which is based on using BTS (Base Transfer Station). Advantages of this system are especially warning of deaf people, new coming people to the affected area, distinguish international phone number and transfer warning SMS into the adequate foreign language. The potential of this system is possible to use in another cases, e.g. sending transport information about accidents, traffic jams or roadblocks, eventually by seeking lost children and persons.
