Abstract
The main goal of the thesis is to find out the level of client satisfaction with the selected ski school, especially in the period of organizing ski courses for children and youth. The thesis is divided into 3 main parts included the theoretical concepts, issues of management of the selected ski school and analysis of client satisfaction. Analysis is processed through a SWOT analysis and a questionnaire survey, which was attended by 72 respondents. Through the research, we found out that clients are satisfied with the services of the ski school. Based on the data obtained, the results with suggestions and recommendations for improvement will be presented to the selected organization.
