Vyhodnocení biologických signálů

Abstract

This thesis topic is a suggestion and programme realization of Frank lead system electrocardiogram processing. Pre-processing of ECG real data record preceded this realization, i.e. data adjustment by filtration. This work is focused on optimal detection of ventricle complex of electrocardiographical signals. The main aim of this work is calculation and graphical presentation of orthogonal lead vectorcardiogram. Using statistic analysis the results of each VCG level are evaluated. Data loaded from the database are analysed using the MATLAB programme in this work.
