Analýza procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnosti SmVaK, a.s.

Abstract

This thesis deals with an analysis of the employee education and development process in company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s. The first part of my thesis is focused on theoretical pieces of knowledge referring to this subject, the area of education and employees development. The next part is analytical. This part is devoted to the introduction and characteristics of a company SmVaK Ostrava a.s. Then a general analysis of company′s employees is compiled, its numeral and educational structure and later on current situation of the system of education in the SmVaK Ostrava a.s. company is described. There is also processed identification of educational needs by way of own questionnaire survey. The goal of this thesis is the proposal of educational system focusing on the middle and line management of the company SmVaK Ostrava a. s. The proposal of education plan come out from the established theoretical skills of knowledge, its own questionnaire survey and also from ascertained facts in the company.
