Hotel na Bazalech

Abstract

The assignment of this thesis is a proposition of structural and technical solution of a hotel next to the Bazaly stadium and documentation for the building permission. Urban solution is based on location of the property, which is located at south slope of the Hladnov hill with wiev of Ostrava city center and New Town Hall. Designed object is five stored and and on the first floor we is located restaurant and the rest of the building is occupied by the hotel, which consists of 36 of two-bed rooms for 72 quests .Spaces for quests is located in the south and has a glass fasade. Design of the building is a combination of reinforced concrete frame and brick systém Porotherm. The goal was to create a comfortable place to lodging and eating
