Abstract

The main aim of my diploma thesis was to sum up the internal communication of a chosen metallurgical corporation. Based on the actual condition of the internal PR tools analysis result of primary research to propose references to their potential improvement. The theoretical part of the work includes characterization of the corporation in the world and in Czech Republic. This article interprets history of company formation and actual position with characteristics of internal PR tools. In this part, I also dealt with theoretical sources of internal communication. I characterized her contribution to the construction of relations between company and employees. The practical part based on the employee research, analyzes the actual condition of the internal PR. In this part, I interpreted primary data from the research, secondary information from other researches and hypotheses. Recommended suggestions are derived from practical part. I also proposed the new tool of internal PR activities based on a request of company management.
