Abstract

Current market environment confirms, that economic results of the company are determined by the efficiency of people. Both of these factors are very closely dependant on each other and it´s hard to imagine efficient processes realized by inefficient people. Therefore it is the employee, person capable and willing to learn, who is considered to be the most important production potential. The diploma thesis is focused on the area of HR, in detail on the issue of employee education in group Unipetrol.
