Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with the problem of creating hose lines in the natural environment from the point of view of pressure losses. It focuses mainly on the estimation of all pressure losses in the pipeline. In the theoretical part, it first focuses on the explanation of the concepts connected with the hose line. However, the main task is to present the calculation of pressure losses from two perspectives. First, it focuses on a simplified calculation, which can be used for a rough estimate even in practice before intervention, either for estimating pressure losses or for determining the maximum length of the hose line. The second method shows the exact hydraulic calculation of pressure losses in the hose line. Based on the established procedure, the work will show how to achieve relatively accurate results.
The practical part of the work focuses on the creation of a program in the Excel application, which, based on several input data (number of hoses, pressure on the pump, selected flow line, etc.), will automatically evaluate all pressure losses arising in the specified hose line. With the help of the program, it will be possible to calculate pressure losses for many types of hose lines in a short time and thus compare individual hose lines with each other. From the point of view of pressure losses and achievable flow on the flow lines, he will then choose the optimal method of creating a hose line, while the hose line that allows the delivery of the largest amount of extinguishing medium to the fire scene with the lowest possible pressure losses is considered optimal. At the end of the thesis, an experiment will be presented, the aim of which is to compare the pressure losses in the hose line with the calculated ones.
