Projekty Public Private Partnership v České republice a na Slovensku

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the implementation of PPP projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the legal, institutional and substantive terms in the time period 2006 - 2013, so from the time when the concession law came into force in the Czech Republic. The first part describes the development and functioning of the concept of PPP projects. The second part addresses to the legislative and institutional framework of PPP in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The third part analyzes the current state of the use of PPP method to ensure the needs of the public in the conditions of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Work is directed to the assessment of the practical experience of both countries with PPP projects. Then there is examined the knowledge of the potential involvement of the public sector on the issue of PPP which is based on the conducted questionnaire survey. In the end, there is formulated the opinion and recommendations for both countries with respect to the results of the analysis and conclusions of the research.
