Abstract

The theme of the thesis is evaluation the competitiveness of the non-profit organization. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the current status of the non-profit organization to apply selected methods and design solutions for enhancing competitiveness of the organization. The partial objectives are to define the concept of competitiveness in the terms of the non-profit sector and to find and describe appropriate methods and procedures for measuring the competitiveness of non-profit organizations. In the theoretical section are described the basic concepts, methods and analyzes, which are related to competitiveness. In the practical part is presented the non-profit organization, analyzed the current situation and are applied some methods of strategic management.
