Implementace IS jako prostředku restrukturalizace malého podniku

Abstract

V předložené práci je popis důvodů implementace nového informačního systému do firmy Sittech Hydraulika s.r.o. a Sittech CZ s.r.o. a zhodnocení jeho potenciálu pro rozvoj společnosti. V první části je krátce představena firma, její struktura a seznámení s předmětem činnosti. Poté následuje popsání současného podnikového informačního systému všeobecně a poté přímý popis jeho nedostatků. V další části je vysvětlen pojem restrukturalizace, užití informačních systémů jako nástroje pro rozvoj podniku a jejich přínosy pro firmu. Další část se zabývá analyzováním požadavků na nový informační systém důležitými pro výběr dodavatele a popisuje návrhy řešení jednotlivých požadavků od vybraného dodavatele. Poslední část se popisuje implementaci nového informačního systému a vnitropodnikové změny, které po implementaci nového systému nastaly.

The subject of the presented bachelor´s thesis is a description of the reasons to implement a new information system to the company Sittech Hydraulics Ltd. and Sittech CZ Ltd. and evaluation of its potential for development of the companies. The text is divided into several parts. The first part is a short introduction of the company, its oraganization structure and familiarization with the activity. This is followed by the description of the current enterprise information system in general, and then direct description of his shortcomings. The next section explains the concept of restructuring, use of information systems as a tool for business development and their contributions for the company. Another section deals with analyzing the requirements of the new information system relevant to supplier selection and describes the proposed solutions to the requirements of the selected contractor. The last part describes the implementation of a new information system and internal changes after implementation of the new system has occurred.
