Abstract
The main purpose of this thesis is dealing with specifics of Lenzing Biocel Paskov, a. s. internal communication. The goal in the first part is to redefine communication, internal communication, its importnance and division based on theoretical bases. The practical part is focused on company description, current state of internal communication, evaluation of questionnaries and proposal for the selected company.
