Abstract
The main goal of this Bachelor thesis is to be submitted to the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a restaurant. The first part of the work deals with the basic information about the business in this sector, the General characteristics of the business plan and marketing small businesses. The next chapter introduces a specific restaurant for two cats. The third part of the work presents a specific business plan applied in conditions of the company. The penultimate chapter will provide suggestions and recommendations that arise from the problems of doing business in the industry and the application of the plan on a particular company. In the end, will be summarised the results created by the business plan.
