Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes preparation and implementation of project in the SychrovNET company, trying to raise funds from the Operational Programme Human Resources an Employment, as well as a comparison of the major differences between the theory and practise of project manager. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts in the field of the regional policy and the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment. The practical part contains a description and implementation process of the project for using resources from the European Union and comparison differences between the theory obtained primarily at school and practise of professional project manager The conclusion summarizes all the gained knowledge.
