Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is research survevy of civil company providing logistic support. I am dealing with survey methods, their evalution and analysis. And lastly, I am comparing civil catering logistic service with the army service. In the theoretical part there is described charakteristic of military logistic support and also charakteristice of military catering servise during supporting forces in field. This chapter also includes introducing of 143rd supply batalion, its personnel and technical equipment of Czech military catering service. The next step is an analysis of transport logistic and technical equipment of civilian catering service. After that I would like to provide results of this analysis and final evalution. The result of this batchelor thesis is analysis and evaluation of civil and military catering service. The main aim is to suggest areas and precautions for improvement in Czech military catering service.
