Abstract

This thesis discusses the use of mentoring and coaching in a selected company and its impacts on employee development and organizational culture. The theoretical foundations of mentoring and coaching are described here. The aim was to obtain information using a questionnaire from employees and management about the use of mentoring and coaching as a tool for employee development in a selected unnamed company. Subsequently, to analyze and evaluate the information obtained and assess the use of mentoring and coaching in the company and provide recommendations for improving these programs.
