Zhodnocení příjmů z přenesené působnosti obce

Abstract

The objective of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the revenues from the delegated powers of the town Hlučín, in relation to selected expenditures for the period 2015 - 2019. To achieve the goal, the evaluation is carried out using the methods of descriptive analysis, comparative analysis and analysis of the development of time series dynamics. The results of the analysis of revenues and expenditures related to the performance of state administration showed that expenditures on the performance of state administration are covered by the state subsidy on average of 45.4%. The analysis of the development of the dynamics of the time series pointed to the fact, that total expenditures grow by an average of 5.23% year-on-year, while revenues from the subsidy grow by an average of 7.54%.
