Posouzení systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating the system of recruiting and selection of employees in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this system and propose measures to improve the process based on the results. The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the theoretical background that is related to this process. The second practical part analyzes the current system of employees’ recruitment and selection in a selected organization and the questioning method is applied. Based on knowledge of the theoretical part, the information provided by the personnel department of the organization and the results of the questionnaire survey, are proposed measures to improve of this system.
