Optimalizace řízení zásob v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The goal of this dissertation is to optimize the supply management in an industrial enterprise. I chose the company HOBES s.r.o. as an example. The dissertation is divided into three basic parts – introduction of the company, theoretical and practical part. The company HOBES s.r.o., its production program, history, economic situation, technological possibilities, organization structure and a summary of the company’s situation on the market by the SWOT analysis are introduced in the first part. The second, theoretical part is focused on explaining important logistic terms, mainly in the field of supply management. The actual state of supply management is analyzed in the practical part. Needed calculations by logistic methods are done on the basis of this study. In the conclusion I recommend solutions that lead to optimizing the supplies and saving blocked capital in the supplies.
