Strategická analýza společnosti

Abstract

The thesis contains a strategic analysis of the company and creation of concrete suggestions and recommendations for the company. The first part describes the theoretical hypothesis, which will be applied to a particular company. There are defined methods, which examine the internal and external environment of the company. The next section introduces the company. There is basic information about the company, her history, scope of business organizational structure and corporate culture. The following section applies methods that have been described in previous sections in the company. The applied methods are PEST analysis, Porter´s analysis of five competitive forces, analysis of internal resources and capabilities of the company and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of this chapter are made suggestions and recommendations for the company, which will help to maintain and improve our market position.
