Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with the question of the design and implementation of the patch antenna itself, which is able to cooperate mainly with LoRaWAN technology, in other words antenna is able to operate in ISM frequency band 868 MHz (863–870 MHz). The point of this work is to describe various antenna variants which can be used on the sensor side, practically design and realize a patch antenna designed for this technology. The antenna must be able to operate at the desired frequency and must be applicable in practice. The correctness of the design and the subsequent verification of the antenna's functionality is achieved by measurement and subsequent evaluation of the measurement. The result of this work is functional patch antenna, which can be used on sensor side mainly within LoRaWAN technology, but also in general in ISM frequency band 868 MHz.
