Geometrický plán na majetkoprávne vysporiadanie pozemkov

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a geometric plan for the division of land and property settlement for the construction "ŽST Zbehy, predĺženie koľaje č. 1 a č. 3". The work systematically maps the legal framework and methodological procedures related to the preparation of the geometric plan, from the acquisition of documents, through the processing of data in specialized software to the authorization and official verification. An important part of it is also a detailed description of the property settlement. The result of the work is a complete geometric plan, the purchase elaborate and the completed property settlement process.
