Abstract
The main aim of the thesis on the topic of motivation and remuneration of employees in a selected company is to analyze the current state of the motivation program and based on a survey among employees to evaluate the level of satisfaction with this system, or reveal its shortcomings. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of motivation, satisfaction, performance, work motivation, demotivation, tangible and intangible forms of remuneration and basic theory according to the literature. The practical part presents the motivational program of the company and a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the analysis, specific proposals and recommendations are proposed to improve employee satisfaction with the incentive program, including taking into account the costs of these changes.
