Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare and select the long-term asset financing. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical aspects of long-term asset financing. It defines the concept and types of fixed assets and also the methods of financing long-term assets. The third chapter is devoted to the source of financing - credit, its types, banks and other related aspects. It also deals with methods of valuation of sources of finance. The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis and comparison of loans from five different banks, with the main criterion being the minimal cost on financing.
