This master’s thesis focuses on the design of a Senior Home in Jakubčovice nad Odrou. The project is divided into two main sections: the architectural-construction part and the building services. The documentation is prepared at the level required for construction execution. The architectural-construction section includes the design of the building, emphasizing compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. The project prioritizes barrier-free accessibility and optimal spatial arrangements for individuals with reduced mobility. The building is designed as a three-story structure with a flat green roof. The building services section focuses on the design of health-technical installations. It includes the internal water supply and sewage systems, detailing routes and dimensions. An economical feature of the project is the reuse of rainwater, which is collected in a storage tank and subsequently used for flushing. Excess water from the tank is directed to an infiltration system. Hot water heating is ensured by solar collectors in combination with an air-to-water heat pump. The building also includes a fire water supply system.
