Abstract

MARKOVYCH, Oleksandra: Family House with a studio. Bachelor’s Thesis. Ostrava, 2026, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture. Supervisor: Ing. arch. Filip Slivka, Ph.D. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the preparation of partial documentation for the construction of a detached family house located on plot No. 2645 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava, in accordance with the valid Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The basis for the thesis was an architectural study developed within the course Studio Design 1 during the academic year 2022/2023 under the supervision of Ing. arch. Daniel Vaněk, Ph.D. This study was subsequently further developed and refined in the course Studio Design 5 during the academic year 2025/2026 under the supervision of Ing. arch. Filip Slivka, Ph.D., in cooperation with the building construction consultant doc. Ing. Roman Fojtík, Ph.D. The thesis consists of both a written and a drawing part prepared in the scope required by the assignment. The drawing documentation is supplemented with an architectural detail focused on architecture.
